Absolutely Cultured and the British Council have launched an international mobility bursary for Hull-based emerging cultural leaders. These small bursaries are available to enable an international opportunity that will support professional development for emerging cultural leaders working in arts, education and civil society (including third sector, charities and community-based organisations). International opportunities may include attending conferences, workshops, networking events or short residencies overseas.
For more information about this opportunity, we hosted an information event on Tuesday 24 September, 5.30pm – 7.30pm at Humber St Gallery. Here, British Council and Absolutely Cultured offered advice and answered questions about this bursary scheme.
5:30pm – Event started, sign in and refreshments
5:45pm – Presentation from British Council
6pm – Open Q&A session
7pm – Informal networking / 1:1 discussions or questions
7:30pm – Event ended
The shortlisting panel includes representatives from the British Council and Absolutely Cultured, with a guest panellist from Artlink, Hull.
