Learn a mixture of stances, techniques, and philosophies from both Yang and Lee style Tai Chi with these weekly classes at Humber Street Gallery. Journey through the disciplines of Taoist Arts to bring into balance your mind and body.

Guided by the charismatic Ifeanacho Elendu, these introductory classes will offer a perfect entry point into the world of Tai Chi and its teachings. With his more than 15 years of practice and expertise with the art, Elendu will provide you with a sound understanding of Tai Chi forms and the meanings behind them so that you can confidently continue your journey into Tai Chi and incorporate it into an accessible well-being routine.

Each Sunday at 10am, Gallery Space 1 will be home to these classes, surrounded by our latest exhibitions, or weather permitting, our roof terrace will allow attendees to practice with a tranquil view of the city.

We recommend that attendees wear relaxed and exercise appropriate clothing as to allow for comfortable movement and breathing when taking part.
