Her previous seven ACE Project Grants applications were all successful in raising £131k, so seize the chance to have your burning questions answered and find out everything you need to make your application really shine.
In this session Deb will:
- Demystify the language and give her top tips on how to write an Arts Council England Project Grant application for under £15k;
- Give insight into what to consider, including how to respond to the Arts Council’s temporary priorities and equality objectives (July 2020 – April 2021);
- Introduce the differences between under and over £15k applications and developing your creative practice.
This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about Arts Council under £15k bids; whether you’re an individual artist or part of an organisation, if you’re a theatre-maker, dancer or visual artist, if you’re brand new to the fundraising process or if you’re looking to add a bit of extra sparkle to your nearly completed bid.
Formerly Director of Dance Manchester and having worked with organisations such as the Southbank Centre and Burnley Youth Theatre, more recently Deb has been valuable asset in the Hull performing arts sector, offering bespoke advice and consultancy to local artists and organisations as part of Absolutely Cultured’s HIPI programme throughout 2019.
