Song Writing for the Stage
Commissioned by Absolutely Cultured

Led by award-winning Hull gig theatre company Middle Child, this workshop will give you an introduction to writing music and lyrics for performance.

Bring along a piece of writing – be it a play, a piece of poetry, or anything in between – and work with our musicians and composers to create an original song, that will be set to live music.

This workshop is for people with experience of, or an interest in, writing but who haven’t written songs before.
