Hey, I’m Liz Rymer and I’m the Finance & HR Coordinator.

I’m responsible for the effective operation of the finance and HR administration activities for the organisation. In reality, I am a bit of a “Swiss Army Knife” kind of a team member! Having broad business experience, a curious nature, willingness to learn and a desire to always do a job well, I find myself tinkering on the edges of most things offering my expertise as requested. I am also a huge advocate for well-being and self-care, having balance in life and reminding people to book their holidays!

My experience comes from running my own business for 20 years and working in education for much of my early career, from primary right through to adult education.

 

Some things that I’m very proud of include creating a paperless finance function for Absolutely Cultured, passing my ACCA exams in lockdown and of course my #1 achievement, my children. I love to get creative – whether that is “Artexing” a wall in my house or crocheting a gift for a friend.
